DE REQUIREMENT
Two (2) 'A' Level
passes including
Geography.

O’LEVEL REQUIREMENT
Five (5) SSC credit passes
to include English
Language, Mathematics
and Geography.

UTME SUBJECT
Geography and
any two (2) Arts
subjects.

SPECIAL CONSIDERATION
DIRECT ENTRY
(i) JOS accepts IJMB passes including Geography. Jos
also accepts ND/HND credit in Urban and Regional
Planning or Land Surveying in addition to the UTME
requirements.
(ii) KUST accepts two (2) 'A' Level passes with a minimum
of C in Geography, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry,
Agriculture/Biology and Economics.
(iii) MAUTY accepts
a) IJMB/GCE two "A" Credit passess in
Geography, Mathematics,Physics, Biology,
Chemistry, Government, Economics.
b) OND/HND with minimum of lower credit in
Architecture, Surveying and Geoinformatics,
URP, Environmental Management/Sciences
and Meteorology.
UTME
(i) ABSU requires five (5) 'O' Level credit passes in English
Language, Mathematics, Geography and any other two
(2) subjects from Economics, Government, Physics,
Chemistry, Biology, Technical Drawing, Fine Arts and
Social Studies. Also requires credit in any two (2) of Arts,
Sciences or Social Sciences subjects.
(ii) JOS accepts IJMB passes including Geography. Also
accepts ND/HND credit in Urban and Regional Planning
or Land Surveying. It also requires five (5) 'O' Level credit
passes to include English Language, Mathematics and
Geography in addition to any other two (2) Social Science
or Science subjects.
(iii) KUST accepts IJMB/ND/NCE in Geography and any other
Science subject.
(iv) MAUTY requires Five (5) SSC credit passes to include
English Language, Mathematics and Geography and
any two from Physics, Chemistry, Biology/Agric
Science, Economics, Commerce, Government and
Tourism.
UTME SUBJECTS
(i) IMSU requires Geography, Mathematics and any other
subject.
(ii) JOS requires five (5) 'O' Level credit passes to include
English Language, Mathematics, and Geography in
addition to any other two (2) Social Sciences or Science
subjects. Accepts credit in Zoology, Physics, Agricultural
Science and credit in English Language.
(iii) MAUTY requires Geography and any two of
Biology/Agric Science, Chemistry, Physics,
Mathematics, Tourism, Economics, Commerce and
Government.
(iv) NDU accepts 'O' Level pass in Mathematics.
