O’LEVEL REQUIREMENT

Five (5) SSC credit passes

to include, English

Language, Mathematics,

Economics and any other

two (2) science subjects

from Chemistry,

Physics, Biology,

Geography, Health Science,

Metal Works, Wood Work,

Agricultural Science,

Technical Drawing,

Nutrition and Food

Science.

UTME SUBJECT

Mathematics,

Economics and any

one of Chemistry,

Physics or Biology.

SPECIAL CONSIDERATION

DIRECT ENTRY

(i) BAUCHI accepts

a) two (2) 'A' Level passes in any of Mathematics,

Economics, Commerce, Physics, Chemistry,

Biology/Agricultural

b)ND/HND lower credit and above.

(ii) FUTA for Entrepreneurship accepts ND with a minimum

of upper credit in Engineering, Agricultural Science,

Social and Management Science from recognized

institutions.

(iii) FUTO requires at least two (2) 'A' Level passes not below

C from Economics, Accounting, Mathematics, and

Business Management. Accepts ND/HND upper credit in

Financial Management Technology, Management and

Engineering. Candidates must in addition meet UTME

requirements. Does not accept first degree or NCE.

(iv) MAUTY accepts

a) ND lower credit in Accounting, Banking and Finance,

Business Administration/Management, Marketing,

Finance Management, Statistics, Business Education

(NCE), Purchasing, Store Management, Auditing, Office

Technology Management, Information Management

Technology (IMT), Public Administration.

b) IJMB/ 'A' Level with at least 8 points Economics with 1

or 2 of Accounting/Book Keeping, Commerce,

Geography, IMT, Government, Business

Administration/Management, Statistics and

Mathematics.

UTME

(i) BAUCHI requires five (5) 'O' Level credit passes to include

English Language, Mathematics, one Science subject and

two (2) Commercial subjects.

(ii) BELLS require five (5) 'O' Level credit passes at one or

two (2) sittings which must include English Language,

Mathematics and Physics with any two (2) from Economics, Geography, Chemistry, Biology, Accounting,

Further Mathematics, Government, Commerce and

Agricultural Science.

(iii) FUTA for Entrepreneurship requires the two (2) science

subjects from Agricultural Science/Biology,

Physics/Chemistry or Geography/Government.

(iv) FUTO requires at least five (5) 'O' Level credit passes in

English Language, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry and

one of Biology and Economics at not more than two (2)

sittings.

(v) MAUTY requires 'O' Level credit passes in Economics and

two (2) from Principles of Accounting/ Book-Keeping,

Further Mathematics,

Biology/Physics/Chemistry/Agricultural Science,

Geography, Government, Civic Education, Store

Management, Office Practice, Insurance, Commerce,

Marketing and Entrepreneurship.

(vi) MINNA requires five (5) 'O' Level credit passes to include

English Language, Mathematics, Economics and any two

(2) of Physics, Chemistry, Biology, Agricultural Science,

Geography, Government and Commerce.

UTME SUBJECTS

(i) BELLS accepts English Language, Mathematics and any

two (2) Social Science subjects.

(ii) Economics and any two (2) of Principles of Accounts,

Commerce, Government, Geography and Mathematics

(iii) FUTA for Entrepreneurship accepts one of Agricultural

Science/Biology, Geography or Chemistry.

(iv) FUTO accepts Mathematics, Physics and Chemistry.

(v) MAUTY requires Economics and any two (2) of Principles

of Accounts, Commerce, Government, Geography and

Mathematics.

(vi) MINNA requires for Entrepreneurship and Business

Studies Mathematics, Economics and any one of Science

or Social Science subject.
